Great

As a novice to the world of espresso, I recently acquired a new machine and have been thoroughly impressed with its performance. The device has proven to be exceptionally user-friendly, making the initial learning curve quite manageable. My decision to purchase this particular model was heavily influenced by its comprehensive feature set. These features provide a great experience for the first time. I found that the machine's capabilities significantly surpassed those of comparable models. The resulting espresso consistently boasts a rich flavor profile and satisfying crema. I am pleased with my purchase and would recommend this machine. It's a great machine!

Powerful, probably overkill, solution

Pros:
It navigate my hardwood floor, tiles and my carpets well, even finding paths you wouldn't expect to work.
It doesn't get stuck with its rising wheels to the rescue, avoid most reasonable obstacles and shows a picture on the map of things it detected. The tank is good for about 3+ full wash before meeting to refill. Voice command work pretty well in both English and French, though could support more specific requests.

Cons:
I wish there was a firmware update changelog and roadmap, still need to test Matter support which for now wouldn't sync with HA, can't use the camera while it's already cleaning which is a strange choice considering the feature, map editor could use and UX improvement so we can't mistakenly move objects, more room cuttout options, more furniture types and without random size restrictions. Room cleaning ordering could be made easier in the routine, but should also be configurable in the full clean. The app is great, but it could be improved so much still!
The manual should recommend some alternative compatible detergent solution concentrates to use.

Overall:
At 3-4 times to the price of the Q8 Max+, I wasn't sure I was doing the right choice, but a couple of weeks in it's been great, can clean without recharging for over 3h30 and the mopping being able to wash the pads after every room, or a couple minutes, makes a world of difference.
Separating vacuuming and mopping with the routine also allows for deeper cleaning options in both modes which can be useful for your deep spring cleaning..
Do you need all these features? Probably not, but every little improvements and nice to have are removing loads from your mind and, hoping the robot will last years with normal maintenance, it's worth it if you can afford the splurge...
This is my 2nd robot, but both are recent and I'm now wondering why I thought you couldn't use a robot to clean your floor...

Really nice addition to cleaning

First this this is not being used for intended for purpose. We’re using it in a salon to clean up after the staff has gone home for the night and cleaned up With that being said it’s done a fantastic job of sweeping and mopping. The salon at night is fantastic all the settings. Very easy to use the robot. Does a really great job. The problem it’s not intended to pick up that amount of hair overnight so in the morning we have to take it apart vacuum out the hair in the robot and then put it back on its base much easier than sweeping and mopping overnight but if they made a commercial version of this it would be great I took away one star because the base itself should have the vacuum power to pull the hair out of the robot during cleaning. It cleans several times during its session and I don’t understand why there’s so much hair still in the robot.

Working great

Natigation is a big step up from my old iRobot Combo. My old house also has some minor level changes which would cause problems for the iRobot which this robot has specific lifting features to address. Vaccum power is excellent and noise level is acceptiablly low. I can see buying a new version each year for the next 3 years to completely phase out the iRobot machines.
